A Global Partner is an organization appointed by SISS to engage National Partners in all, or most economies. National Partners can, in turn, appoint Affiliates. Affiliates register businesses through their websites. A National Partner, such as a bank can appoint each of its branches as an Affiliate.
About 50% of all expenditure of a business registered with Uglii Marketplace is automatically paid to that businesses Global Partner, National Partner and Affiliate. Revenues are apportioned by online agreements between the Global Partner and National Partner and National Partner and its Affiliates. All agreement processes are automated. All Uglii billing and commission payment processes are automated, fully transparent and audited.

Registration processes for National Partners and Affiliates are automated, as far as SISS is concerned. SISS will provide all marketing materials for the engagement of Affiliates by National Partners.
SISS provides free powerful marketing privileges to its Global and National Partners to market their own business related products, or services to businesses their Affiliates have registered. This marketing is via the customised secure Control Panel of each business that has registered via an Affiliate, appointed by the National Partner.

SISS will only appoint National Partners that have been nominated by Global Partners.
National Partners must be legal entities within the economy in which they operate as a National Partner. National Partners can only appoint legal entities within their own economy as Affiliates. In other words, if you are a National Partner in Brazil you can only appoint Affiliates in Brazil. SISS has already decided that it will appoint 10 or less Global Partners. From then on potential National Partners will need to engage a Global Partner.

The most important part of the discussions will be regarding the commission split between the Global Partner and National Partner. SISS will guide Global Partners and National Partners in that process. As a National Partner you will also be required to agree on a commission split with each of the Affiliates you appoint. It is important that those arrangements be considered carefully because SISS rules require that you agree online and that agreement is used by the SISS billing system to apportion commissions between you and your Affiliates thereafter. SISS has made these arrangements fairly difficult to change for a number of reasons that will be explained to you in due course.

As a National Partner you will be able to appoint yourself as an Affiliate. For example if you own a highly trafficked website, then adding a couple of pages to have businesses or consumers register, will secure significant recurring revenue. If you have a large number of branches or a large number of subordinate organisations you can similarly appoint them as your Affiliates and secure revenues from all of the businesses that they register. As a National Partner you can appoint any organisation as an Affiliate.
SISS research suggests that 20% of businesses will register online but the remaining 80% of business will register because of a personal approach to them.

SISS reserves the right to restrict the overall number of National Partners and Affiliates appointed in an economy, but will not restrict the number of Affiliates a single National Partner may appoint. This means that there is an advantage in being appointed as a National Partner early and advantages in appointing Affiliates as early as possible.
Strict rules apply as to what organisations may be appointed as a National Partner or Affiliate. Revenues streams and portions of revenue streams owned by National Partners and Affiliates may be sold or used as security for loans etc.
SISS reserves the right to set prices for SISS services in each economy. Prices will be set on the capacity to pay for businesses in each economy.

What Organizations will make the Best National Partners?
Organisations with highly trafficked business websites have a big advantage in registering net savvy businesses and consumers.
Organizations that have extensive branch networks that can motivate local staff or members to actively register businesses- have an even greater advantage. SISS technology automatically creates and customises local Affiliate websites for National Partners with large branch networks. Charities and Not for Profit organisations can be National Partners.
