What is an Uglii Affiliate

The Uglii System has a three tier marketing arrangement.

A Global Partner is an organization appointed by SISS to engage National Partners in all or most economies. National Partners must in turn, appoint Affiliates. Affiliates register businesses through their websites. Affiliates can also register persons and households through their websites.

An Affiliate can be a person who visits businesses to register them in Uglii. An Uglii Affiliate can also be a busy website, a radio or TV station, a publication that has a website, an industry organisation, or a local chamber of commerce. An Affiliate can be locally based in a town or district, or even a tourism area to register businesses right across the nation. Charities and Not for Profit organisations can be Affiliates.

SISS believes that about 80% of all businesses globally will register in Uglii if an Affiliate takes the time to demonstrate the free Uglii benefits to that business and points out the benefits of buying services as well.

A National Partner can only appoint legal entities within their own economy as Affiliates. In other words a National Partner in Brazil can only appoint Affiliates in Brazil.

About 50% of all expenditure on Uglii services by a business registered with Uglii is automatically paid to that businesses marketing string of Global Partner, National Partner and Affiliate. Revenues are apportioned based on online agreements between the Global Partner and National Partner and its Affiliates. All agreement processes are automated. Affiliates and the Uglii Billing Cycle

The Uglii billing cycle is set by SISS on a nation by nation basis. The largest cycle is expected to be one calendar month. From when that sale is made the SISS billing system will apportion commissions from sales to those businesses registered in that period to the purchaser of that revenue stream. Affiliates can also buy commission entitlements from other Affiliates, National Partners and even Global Partners. Detailed rules apply to these arrangements.

SISS Sets Uglii Services Prices on an Economy by Economy Basis

SISS reserves the right to set prices for SISS services in each economy. Prices will be set on business' capacity to pay in each economy.

Organizations with high trafficked business websites have a big advantage in registering net savvy businesses.

Organizations that have extensive branch networks that can motivate local staff or members to actively register businesses have an even greater advantage. SISS technology automatically creates and customises local Affiliate websites for any Affiliate that wants one. Where Affiliates are branches of a large organization, the websites can be generated by sending a SISS specified CSV file to SISS with the Affiliate details.
