	John Knorr Chairman and CEO of SISS Business Systems Ltd Member of UBACCS management team John Knorr was born in 1949 in Melbourne. John is the founder of SISS Business Systems Ltd. John has extensive experience in small business and local government. John's interests include Australian Rules football and playing tennis.
	Robert May BEcon(UWA) Director of SISS Business Systems Ltd Director of Technology Development SISS Business Systems Ltd Robert worked in the Treasury and The Department of Finance in Canberra for six years after graduating from the University of Western Australia. He then made the move to small business focussing on the hospitality and tourism industries, running several businesses in partnership with his wife in WA. Robert joined SISS Business Systems Ltd in 2000. Robert's responsibilities include systems development, relations with Partners and managing technical contractors. Robert is a committed West Coast Eagles Supporter and lives in Tasmania.
	Heather Knorr Director of SISS Business Systems Ltd Manager of Investor Relations for SISS Business Systems Ltd Heather is along with John, the co-founder of SISS Business Systems Ltd. She had previously built her own businesses in the construction, hospitality and dairy industries. Her international experience at a senior management level has included corporations such as Unilever in the UK and Komatsu in the USA. Heather manages investor relations for SISS Business Systems Ltd and is part of the UBACCS Taxonomy Team. Heather's non business interests include playing bridge, archaeology, palaeontology, history, reading, travelling and music.
	Ann Zhu Director of SISS Business Systems Ltd Company Secretary Ann Zhu was born in Shanghai China. She trained as an accountant in China before migrating to Australia in 1998. Ann worked as an accountant in Australia before joining Uglii Find system in 2006. Ann fills an executive role with SISS and is in charge of developing administrative processes and financial modelling. Ann is an accomplished violinist and plays the piano for pleasure.
	James Hayes Manager System Architecture and Documentation BA and Dip. Man. Systems Architect James Hayes has forty years experience in the information technology industry. He has worked in over forty countries for both government and business organisations.He specializes in the design and specification of Internet based systems and Data and Voice Communications systems. James has worked with SISS for eight years and specializes in the development of user requirements specifications. James fills an executive role with SISS being responsible for system architecture & documentation.
	Peter McPherson Leading UBACCS Taxonomist Peter joined SISS Business Systems Ltd in 2006 as specialist researcher dealing with the global construction industry. Peter now leads a team of twelve full time researchers developing the UBACCS Taxonomy in Traralgon Victoria.
